Shoe Care for J SHOES
ALL OF J SHOES STYLES ARE DESIGNED USING CRAFTED LEATHERS SOURCED WORLDWIDE, WITH THAT EACH TEXTURE IS UNIQUE AND WITH PROPER CARE CAN YIELD MANY, MANY YEARS OF WEAR. WE WANT THE SHOES TO WEAR AND LOOK THEIR BEST. HERE ARE SOME TIPS!
Our leathers include blemishes, interesting variations, and great warmth and depth through aniline finishes, waxes and oils. All this is often topped off with a little burnishing and mopping by hand.
-Keep shoes away from direct heat to prevent drying out of the leather or melting of crepe soles. Let these styles dry naturally.
-When polishing leather shoes, use a nice cream or paste vs a liquid.
-To clean heavily soiled shoes, use a mild soap to clean and allow to dry naturally. Then add a cream to give it the luster it once had!
-Our uppers are prepared to last! If wear and tear on your soles has taken a toll, find a cobbler to resole or reheel those shoes.
SUEDE
Suede is slightly more high maintenance than your typical leather since you cannot polish away those pesky scuff marks. You can use a suede eraser to get rid of small blemishes then a suede brush to restore the nap.
WET SHOES
Soaking wet shoes can be dried with newspaper and naturally, no direct heat as mentioned above which will cause cracking in the leather.
SALT STAINS
On leather shoes aa natural remedy is a little vinegar and water, applied sparingly.

We have a 30-day return only (NO EXCHANGES) policy from date of purchase. Please email orders@jshoes.com to request a UPS Return Shipping Label, returns are simple and free, follow the following:
1. Request a free UPS return label from orders@jshoes.com. Please include your name and order number in your request.
2. Package the unworn merchandise you are returning in its original packaging and include the completed return card that came with your shipment.
3. Print the return label from the UPS email you will receive and affix to the top of the a shipping box (other than the shoebox) and drop off at any UPS pick-up location.
To receive your refund please make sure the shoes are in their original shape as when received, no signs of wear on the shoes and no damage to the original shoe boxes.
Within 2-3 business days upon receipt you will be issued a refund.
